Laura is Co-CEO of accelerateHER. Laura was previously Partnerships Director for the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women and before that worked at human rights organisation Reprieve. She has a background in social impact and has held positions at the British Home Office as well as in fundraising for a number of theatrical ventures focussed on women’s educational theatre in Botswana and Mozambique. Laura loves building global partnerships that drive impact for amazing purpose-driven organisations on issues from technology and gender to economic empowerment and human rights. Laura holds an undergraduate degree from the London School of Economics as well as a Graduate Diploma in Law.

Poppy was the first employee at Founders Forum, joining in 2010 and in 2016 co-founded accelerateHER -a sister company to Founders Forum, of which is co-CEO. She produces and raises sponsorship for all Founders Forum global events, helping expand the brand internationally in 2011 and produces the films created for FF and curated their ‘10 Years’ book. Prior to Founders Forum Poppy lived in LA where she worked in feature film development for Universal Pictures, Misher Films and then Di Bonaventura Pictures. Poppy also co-founded an underwear fashion line in 2008 after graduating from Leeds University with an BA in English Language & Literature. Poppy is a judge of the annual Veuve Clicquot Business Woman Award.
Lina joined firstminute from the Boston Consulting Group, where she worked alongside global corporates across Consumer, Energy and Heavy Industrials, advising on digital strategy, restructuring and M&A as a member of the corporate finance team. She gained an MPhil in Management from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Economics and Statistics from the University College Utrecht, the Netherlands, where she graduated with Summa Cum Laude.
At firstminute, Lina leads on sourcing for the Nordic and German-speaking regions and has a strong interest in digital health, robotics, direct-to-consumer brands and femtech. he sits as a board bserver of Evolution AI.
Lizzie was part of the founding team of Founders Keepers. Prior to FK she spent many years in executive search focusing predominantly on Finance & Investment roles, and earlier in her career as Management Accountant for a big restaurant chain. Lizzie now oversees the day to day operations of Founders Keepers across company hiring, managing special projects, business operations and finance. Outside of work Lizzie is kept busier with 3 young daughters!
