Julie was rated the 16th most influential CMO in the world by Forbes in 2017. She is a member of the Boston Consulting Group advisory board on big data and  analytics; a senior adviser to Mu Sigma, the world's largest pure play analytics/machine learning firm; a senior adviser to Agent3, a digital marketing agency in the FTSE listed Next15; a senior advisor to Dial Partners, an independent corporate finance firm and a former board member of OneAccess, a physical and virtual networking company sold in October 2017 to Ekinops.

Until April 2018 as President at Tata Communications she was CMO, Chief Innovation Officer and CEO of NextGen, a $250 Million Revenue P&L. Responsible for building a $2 Billion brand and for business development, partnerships and deals with FAMGA, Formula One and scaling up businesses in IoT and Software Defined Networks.

She led the innovation mandate working with start-ups & academia, running the intrapreneurship programme. A member of Tata Group Brand Advisory Board, a global top 50 brand.

Julie is passionate about women in STEM and was a founder of Tata Communications' ‘Winning Mix’ group, established to improve policies and programmes to promote the professional development of women and minorities.

Julie brings more than 20 years of experience in executive roles in leading international corporations including IBM, Liberty Media and BT.

Julie is a LinkedIn and Twitter influencer. She has been featured in the Northern Power Women’s Top 50 Power List which recognises the leaders and change makers, making a positive difference and impact. Julie was recognised by The Economic Times Telecom as one of ‘top ten women across the globe in the telecom and tech industry’, she is a Global Telecom Business' ‘50 women in to watch in Telecom sector'; a Hot Topics' ‘100 most influential B2B marketers in Europe.’ and a 'top 12 female CMO' to follow on Twitter (Martech Series).
